6 steps to building a great advice business
My colleague Sam Lewis posted the other day about what a professional advice firm looks like — not a lifestyle practice, but a proper business. The post was based on an article by David Haintz in the Australian magazine, Professional Planner.
David, a former founding director of Shadforth Financial Group who runs a consultancy called Global Adviser Alpha, has now written a follow-up piece for the same magazine.
In it he sets out six steps to building a great advice business. It’s so good I’m not going to summarise it: you need to read the whole thing.
